Our commitment to creating more sustainable and energy efficient homes

  • Assess.

We assess the current EPC rating of every property before we start a renovation. This helps us to identify areas where we can make improvements to improve energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint. As older properties typically have poor energy efficiency, we guarantee that all of our renovations will deliver a minimum of a C EPC rating.

  • Renovate.

As part of your design brief, we will explain the changes we plan to make to improve your home's energy efficiency. We will fully assess the insulation, glazing and doors, existing heating system, and the potential for renewable energy. This will help us to create a more sustainable and energy-efficient home for you. We also have a strong focus on sustainable sourcing and materials.

  • Prove.

Once the renovation is complete, we will provide you with a report that demonstrates the positive impact on energy efficiency. We will compare your home's EPC rating before and after the renovation. This is to ensure that we meet our guarantee of improving your home's EPC rating to a C rating or better. We are committed to helping our customers create more sustainable and energy-efficient homes.

“A property moving from an F to a C rating could increase a property's value by an average of an additional 15%”
