FAQs

  • To get started with Flipped, simply share the property you have found with us and we will review it. We will set up a call to discuss your home requirements, preferred styles, and design preferences.

  • The sale price for a Flipped property is determined by a variety of factors, including the purchase price of the property, the cost of renovation and the current market conditions. Flipped uses a proprietary model to determine a fair sale price for each property.

  • Once we agree on the sale price, we'll run an affordability check via an independent financial advisor to ensure that you can afford the property. This is similar to the process you go through when applying for a mortgage in principle

  • Flipped purchases the property on your behalf and are contracted to sell the renovated property to you at the pre-agreed Sale price

  • We'll have a design brief meeting to discuss your design tastes, living requirements and preferred styles for the renovation. Throughout the renovation, we'll provide regular check-ins and confirm design choices throughout the process. On top of the design brief, you will also have the opportunity to share inspiration of things you like; certain kitchen styles, bathroom finishes, colour palettes, etc.

  • No. We focus on flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, paint colours, etc. All the soft furnishing and finishing touches are done by you when you move into your new home.

  • Once you have signed a contract with Flipped, you are committed to completing the purchase of the property. This contract also commits Flipped to sell the property to you and only you, at the agreed Sale Price.

  • Once the renovation is complete, you'll complete on your dream home at the pre-agreed sale price. Congratulations on your new home! 🎉🎉🎉

  • Flipped differs from a traditional property developer in a few key ways. First, we are acquiring the run down property on behalf of our client. The property has been found by the client rather than a developer who goes out and finds property they think has potential. Second, we work in collaboration with our clients to create a design that meets their needs. Finally, we are working for our clients and only our clients. Developers are typically renovating property for the general market to try and drive the highest Sale Price.
