    When searching for your dream home, have you seen a run down property that could be perfect? Or been on a Auction site and seen something with huge potential?

    Renovating and Redesign isn’t for everyone and we don’t blame you. It’s cash intensive, extremely time consuming and takes a lot of persistence to end up with the desired home.

    That's why we say, find that run down future dream property and let us take care of the rest

  • Once you’ve sent us the property for review, we’ll set up a call to discuss in more detail including design and funtional requirements, tastes, likes, dislikes, etc.

  • Having taken in your functional requirements, we will run through the proposed renovation and ideas, along with CGI to demonstrate the transformation

  • Using house data, predicted cost of renovation, market conditions and other data models we will provide a fair market Sale Price for the fully renovated property

  • Upon agreeing on the Sale Price, Flipped will run an Affordability check (like you go through with a mortgage) and once this is complete the contract will be shared

  • Once both parties sign the contract, Flipped purchase the property

  • Design brief meeting for you to provide your input, design tastes and preferred styles into the Renovation. Renovation begins with regular check ins and updates

  • Once the renovation concludes, you Complete on your dream home and the pre-agreed Sale price
