We use lots of various data to ensure that you’re buying your home for a fair market price. We then validate our pricing model with an independent remote valuation service to ensure that the price we share is actually what the property is likely to sell for on the open market.
How much is my future home worth?
Before we buy and renovate the property on your behalf, we will share a final sale price. We are essentially providing a price that the property would achieve (post renovation) if it went to the open market. The main benefit is that we are selling exclusively to you, so there is no competition, bidding wars or other parties involved.
